Demonstration of about 45 minutes on a plate, usually fresh pasta. Guest involvement only in a few steps.

Cooking class "As in a Bacaro", Venetian aperitif and tasting of typical local wines.

The Bàcaro is a typical Venetian tavern, in which glasses of wine (ombre) are mainly served accompanied by small tastes of food (cicheti).

You will learn how to make 5 cicchetti according to ancient traditional recipes, and they will be tasted together with typical local wines.
